50.1 Consistent design standards for all information  
  The clarity, consistency and good design of all the forms, software and information systems of European Union has a massive impact on the ease of use, cost effectiveness and accuracy of information.  
  The European Union shall adopt such design standards as listed here to ensure the elimination of wasted and non-required design changes to forms, the elimination of confusion and data error and improvement of cognition of official forms and documents.  
50.2 The central design standards and requirement for clarity overrides local desire for unique identity  
  The central design standards to ensure consistency and clarity shall always override any local desire by government bodies and institutions to develop their "own" unique identity or way of doing things.  
  While identity shall be respected and encouraged in respect to symbols, culture and community, such uniqueness shall not be permitted to infringe upone the clarity and consistency of all information collection and transmission of knowledge for European Union.
