Article 51-Use of simple terms and language
51.1 Use of simple terms and language
At all times, the use of simple terms and language shall be required in the design of forms, presentation of information and design of web and computer software.
Complicated words and unofficial words (those terms not approved in the central core definition repository) shall not be permitted.
51.1 The use of complicated language is poor thinking and design
The use of complicated language no matter what the justification, whether it be to appear unique, or intelligent or for whatever reason shall always be considered poor thinking and poor design.
The excuse of not having enough time to simplify language shall not be a valid excuse, nor shall the argument that people should understand the complicated terms used.
The use of complicated terms shall always be considered a variety of deliberate exclusion behaviour that shall not be permitted in any government design of official documentation.
