| Article 04-The Judicial Code and Criminal Code | ||
| 4.1 | The judicial code and the criminal code | |
| The Judicial Code of the Euro Union shall be responsible for administering the conditions of and operations of the courts, whereas the Criminal Code shall be responsible for the conditions and rules of criminal law. | ||
| The Criminal Code depends in part upon the Judicial Code in the fair operation of the courts and the hearing of charges and cases of accused persons. | ||
| Similarly, the Judicial Code in part depends upon the just operation of the Criminal Code in cases of certain breaches of the Judicial Code deemed as criminal acts. | ||
