59.1 Offences against personal identity  
  Personal identity fraud (or theft) is when another person claims and/or assumes the identity of the victim for the purpose of committing further crimes.  
 
 Primary Fact(s)
 1. That a victim has an existing personal and electronic identify;
 2. That the victim did not consent for their personal and/or electronic identity to be altered or changed in anyway.
 3. That the actions of the accused contributed to the alteration and/or changes of the victims personal and electronic identity.
 4. That the actions of the accused were done with the intent to cause such changes of the victims personal and electronic identity.
 
 
 Penalty Conditions (Level 3-Crime)
