Offences against personal identity |

| |
Personal identity fraud (or theft) is when another person claims and/or assumes the identity of the victim for the purpose of committing further crimes. |

Primary Fact(s) |
| 1. That a victim has an existing personal and electronic identify; |
| 2. That the victim did not consent for their personal and/or electronic identity to be altered or changed in anyway. |
| 3. That the actions of the accused contributed to the alteration and/or changes of the victims personal and electronic identity. |
| 4. That the actions of the accused were done with the intent to cause such changes of the victims personal and electronic identity. |
